As it may have been noticed in the last video, there's a blue colored wizard flying forward right at the end of the track. At the moment he can only fly forward in a straight line, but that's soon to change!
I currently have it set up so the wizard can follow a path, and randomly choose a different one when the current path branches off. It works in forward and backwards. My challenge now is 3 things.
--1st: write a tool that makes the path creation a whole lot faster. (it takes about 30 minutes to create just a tiny section! That needs to be fixed)
--2nd: how to write the data so it can be used properly for dynamic creation.
--3rd: how to jump from 1 world chunk to another. (world chunk being, the part, or chunk, of the game loaded at that time)
After that I should have all the basic wizard path stuff done. And after I finish the wizard path, I think I'll work on collectibles or something.
